Welcome to the digital portal of Nordix Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website, subscribing to our operational software, or purchasing our technology integration services, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

These terms represent a legally binding covenant between yourself (or the entity you represent) and Nordix Technologies. Please read them thoroughly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to the public site and administrative tools. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must immediately terminate your sessions and cease all usage of our SaaS platforms and systems.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The website content, layouts, trademarks, logos, custom visual components, and all software modules hosted on our SaaS services (including Nordix ERP, PharmaOps, and Nordix+) represent the intellectual property of Nordix Technologies Pvt Ltd. All software codebases are protected under copyright and trade secret laws of India. Users are granted a limited, revocable license strictly to navigate and utilize these tools for legitimate business purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of our platforms, you agree not to:

Attempt to bypass firewall rules, network restrictions, or authentication controls protecting our Google Cloud Firestore databases.
Initiate automated scraping, web crawling, or query scripts that generate excessive traffic on our serverless edge endpoints.
Upload files containing malicious scripts, viruses, or unverified documents to our Supabase Storage buckets.
Use our vertical SaaS tools to transmit fraudulent, compliance-violating, or unauthorized datasets.

4. SaaS Subscriptions & Service SLA

Enterprise SaaS packages (including ERP systems and operations software) are governed by specific service contracts signed by authorized representatives of customer organizations. Service uptime, compliance verification (e.g. ABDM standards), and infrastructure support levels are bound strictly by those contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Nordix Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, or its development team be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business interruption, data loss, or server downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our software tools and services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to our offerings shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. You agree that the courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
